Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all users based in Bangladesh. The minimum age to use the platform is 18. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing the platform.

Account Registration, Security & Closure Policy
When creating an account on the 1555 platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are fully accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect a security breach, contact us immediately.
1555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any of the following reasons:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Violation or misuse of platform rules.
- Evidence of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Attempting to operate multiple accounts.
Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance may be refunded following verification, though this may not apply in cases where terms have been violated.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the 1555 platform, you are required to strictly comply with the following rules:
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any content, software, or data on the platform is prohibited.
- Accessing the platform via automated bots, scripts, or any other automated means is strictly prohibited.
- Engaging in fraud, harassment, or any harmful activity against other users is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to attack or disrupt the platform's servers or network is strictly prohibited.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions, or attempting to exploit the system, is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 1555 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via local mobile banking methods such as bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
Important notes on deposits:
- All deposits must be sent from your own registered payment account.
- Transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and any such funds may be voided.
- Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method.
Important notes on withdrawals:
- Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses may be subject to specific wagering requirements.

1555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel any suspicious or unusual transactions.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
1555 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 1555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical errors, server outages, or unforeseen events. All game outcomes on the platform are fully RNG-based and cannot be predicted in advance.
All logos, designs, software, content, and graphics on the 1555 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 1555. Users may not use, copy, or redistribute these assets for commercial or personal purposes.
Third Parties & Legal Matters
The 1555 platform may contain third-party services or links. 1555 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third party. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and conditions.
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The competent courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over all legal matters.
